Meet inventors, find inspiration, and challenge your own potential.
An inductee’s relationship with the National Inventors Hall of Fame does not come to an end after the induction ceremony. In fact, for many of the women and men we honor, induction is only the beginning of a powerful partnership. Both Camp Invention and the Collegiate Inventors Competition depend on the invaluable involvement of NIHF inductees to inspire tomorrow’s inventors.
Camp Invention, a summer enrichment program for children in grades one through six, features innovative curricula written by NIHF inductees. Hands-on creative problem-solving activities promote STEM learning and provide exceptional opportunities for participants to explore their own potential. With guidance from NIHF inductees, Camp Invention cultivates children’s innate curiosity and motivates them to follow their dreams.
Inductees further empower young inventors through involvement with the Collegiate Inventors Competition. This program recognizes undergraduate and graduate students who are committed to research, discovery, invention and innovation. Not only do NIHF inductees serve as judges for this competition, they also offer valuable advice and encouragement to participating students on the path from passion to patent.
