Welcome Back, Leaders-in-Training!

By now, you’ve experienced a couple of days at Camp Invention^®, and we hope you’re having an awesome time! We have a few more tips to share to help you become the best leader possible. This video will show you the importance of thinking about your time in this role and help you discover ideas for encouraging campers to collaborate as a team.

Reflecting on your experiences as a Leader-in-Training will help you to grow as a leader even after Camp Invention is over. Be sure to finish your week strong by continuing to encourage and inspire campers.

We would love for you to bring your expertise back to Camp Invention again next year! Ask your local Camp Director how you can participate next summer. Some locations will be accepting registrations early, so be sure to ask when you will be able to secure your spot for next year’s Camp Invention program.
