“The National Inventors Hall of Fame program exceedingly met the areas of creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking. The students were excited about coming to school, unheard of for summer school, and want this program next year.”

Dedicated Support
NIHF provides complete program curriculum, materials, professional development and even grant proposal support. Teachers gain experience and confidence in teaching STEM subjects and practice an open-ended, student-led instruction style they can easily transfer to their classrooms.
An Immediate Impact
NIHF’s summer programming has the ability to spark joy in teaching and learning. Designed for hands-on engagement and open-ended exploration, the program encourages children’s natural curiosity and creativity while empowering both students and teachers to joyfully experiment, innovate and build confidence.
Flexible Implementation
The flexible nature of our programming allows our curriculum to complement an existing summer learning plan, or act as a stand-alone experience to combat learning loss and provide essential SEL experiences. Because of this, our programming’s curricula hours can be completely customized to fit your needs.
Research-Backed Social-Emotional Learning
Independent evaluations have shown that participating in NIHF’s summer programming results in statistically significant short- and long-term improvements in SEL skills including1:
- Creativity
- Collaboration
- Problem-solving skills
Invention education is powerful, and we know that when children grow up with exposure to inventors and innovation, they’re more likely to be innovative themselves.2 Through our customized programming, we create safe spaces where children develop their identities as creators.3
